EASA Part 66 license holders holding a dual degree with the state aeronautical maintenance license can work in a variety of companies in the aeronautical sector, such as airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, aircraft manufacturers and technical support service providers. In terms of geography, although the license is European, its worldwide acceptance enables technicians to work in Europe and also in many other countries that recognize this certification.
N.B : Technicians trained by MAPA have achieved 100% professional integration, with average starting salaries of 9500 dh.
Morocco Aviation Private Academy (MAPA), which has held PART 147 approval since 2018 and state approval since 2022, offers a comprehensive training program enabling students to acquire both the EASA Part 66 license and the Moroccan aircraft maintenance license. Students embark on an intensive program at the Benslimane training center, where they are prepared for the theoretical and practical modules required for B1.1 & B2 licenses, as well as TMA B1.2 & TMA A2.
Piston-engine aircraft Specialty: Airframe, Engines and Systems (CMS), its holder can sign documents relating to all maintenance work or fault correction work on electrical and/or mechanical systems, as well as minor structural work; work which he has carried out or supervised himself.
Piston-engine aircraft. This category allows the holder to issue a Return to Service Approval (RTSA) following the completion of work carried out by the holder, in the case of minor line maintenance inspections, overhaul of aircraft components or correction of simple defects.
Maintenance work carried out on aircraft structure, engines and mechanical and electrical systems; work on avionics systems requiring only simple tests for correct operation and not involving troubleshooting.
Maintenance work on avionics and electrical systems, and electrical and avionics tasks in power and mechanical systems requiring only simple tests to demonstrate correct operation; minor scheduled line maintenance operations and rectification of simple faults.
